AssetPrism is a financial simulation and planning tool designed to help users visualize their net worth, forecast future wealth, and simulate various financial scenarios. The App operates primarily on a "local-first" basis, meaning computations are performed on your device.

2. No Financial Advice

Important: AssetPrism is for informational and educational purposes only.

• The App does not provide professional financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.
• Simulations and forecasts are based on mathematical models and user-defined assumptions. They are hypothetical and not guarantees of future results.
• You should consult with a qualified professional before making significant financial decisions.

3. User Responsibilities

Because AssetPrism prioritizes privacy and local storage:

• Data Accuracy: You are responsible for the accuracy of the financial data and assumptions you enter.
• Data Backup: You are responsible for backing up your device. We do not maintain a cloud copy of your specific financial entries by default. If you lose your device or delete the App without a backup, your data may be unrecoverable.

4. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and shield your information. By using the App, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Intellectual Property

The AssetPrism App, including its code, design, graphics, and interactive features, is the property of AssetPrism and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AssetPrism shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the App.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will post the revised Terms on this page and update the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
