• Core calculations run on your device (on-device simulation/forecasting).
• You can use the App without creating an account.
• Your financial inputs are used to provide forecasts, goal tracking, and “what-if” simulations.

When you use the App, you may choose to enter information such as:

• Current net worth or asset totals;
• Income, expenses, planned investments, retirement target age;

• Goals and milestones (e.g., “$300k car in 5 years”, “$5M retirement in 25 years”);
• “What-if” life events (e.g., buying a car/home, having a child, career breaks);
• Detailed asset breakdown (cash, stocks, funds, etc.) that you enter manually for tracking.

How this data is handled:
By default, this information is stored locally on your device and used to generate forecasts and progress tracking inside the App.

4. Information Collected Automatically

Depending on your build and settings, we may receive limited technical information to keep the App reliable:

4.1 App Diagnostics (Crash Logs / Performance)

iOS may generate diagnostic information (e.g., crash logs) to help identify and fix bugs. This information typically includes device and app version details and may include event logs around a crash.

If you use Apple’s standard crash reporting/diagnostics: this data is handled under Apple’s terms and settings.

4.2 Website Data (Cookies)

If you visit our Website, we (or our hosting provider) may automatically receive:

• IP address, browser type, and basic access logs.

We do not use tracking cookies for advertising.

5. How We Use Information

We use information to:

• Provide App features (simulations, forecasts, goal tracking, net worth tracking);
• Improve App stability and performance (e.g., fix crashes);
• Respond to support requests you send us;
• Maintain and secure the App and Website.

We do not use your financial inputs for advertising profiles.

We do not sell your personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

• Apple services involved in distributing the App (App Store) and optional diagnostics.

7. Data Storage, Backups, and Deletion

7.1 On-device storage

Your planning inputs and net worth tracking data are stored locally on your device by default.

7.2 iCloud / Device Backups

If you enable iCloud backup or device backups on iOS, your device may back up App data as part of that system backup. This is controlled by iOS settings and Apple’s services.

7.3 Deleting your data

You can delete data by:

• Using any in-app reset/delete options (if provided); and/or
• Deleting the App from your device (note: if iCloud/device backups are enabled, backups may persist depending on your iOS settings).

We implement reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect your information. However, no method of storage is 100% secure.

9. Children’s Privacy

Asset Prism is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

10. Your Privacy Rights (United States)

Depending on your state of residence (e.g., California), you may have rights to:

• Request access to certain personal information we may hold;
• Request deletion of certain personal information; and
• Opt out of “sale” or “sharing” as defined by applicable laws.

Because AssetPrism primarily stores user-entered financial data on your device, we often do not have access to that content.
